This beach house is a great base to explore the surrounding North Coast beaches and Clarence Valley being a short drive to Grafton and Coffs Harbour Airports, Maclean,Yamba and Byron Bay.

From this spacious,absolute beachfront house you can watch dolphins and whales while eating breakfast and enjoy the sunrise over the Pacific Ocean from your balcony and the moonlight on the Wooli Beach while you eat your evening meal. "My husband, my brother and his wife and myself have stayed at this beautiful home on very, very many occassions over the past 7 or 8 years or so. We love it. We keep coming back. I find the home very theraputic. I love the front deck, you can sit in the morning sun and read. We just love the whole home. It's walking distance to the Bowling Club and I must say they serve the best chinese food there. A hop skip and jump to the beach or river for the fishermen in the family. We have had the best holidays and relaxing time in this wonderful home and we highly recommend it to anyone of any age. We keep comning back and will keep coming back. Thankyou Annie for the use of your lovely home. We love it."

Where is Wooli?

The village of Wooli is world famous for it's fresh oysters.Wooli is situated on the Wooli River in the Yuraygir National Park, overlooking the Solitary Islands and is part of the Solitary Islands Marine Park. Wooli is 48kms east of Grafton, 400kms south of Brisbane, 105kms north of Coffs Harbour and 650kms north of Sydney, all of which have Airports with car hire facilities. Annieseascape holiday house overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Solitary Islands on one side and the Wooli River on the other.There is a seafood co-op, riverside cafe,bowling club with chinese restaurant,pub with bistro, restaurant and courtesy bus,tennis courts, 3 convenience stores, post office, newsagencey and school in the village.Most of these facilities are within walking distance of Annieseascape.
